BOOK REVIEWS Human Rights and
Human Welfare: An International Review of Books and Other Publications publishes thematic
review essays, book notes, a review digest and hosts a working papers
section. Operates to high editorial standards and offers a significant amount
of material in its specialist field. Notre Dame Philosophical Reviews publishes book
reviews commissioned and vetted by a distinguished Editorial Board. Only a
small proportion relevant to IPT, but worth an occasional look (the site is

Law Books - a useful site edited by J.H.H.Weiler POLITICAL THEORY Foundations of Political Theory an organised section
of the American Political Science Association: has a certain amount of info
relating to conferences, fellowships, associations etc. (not specifically
international; has some links, but not resources). JustWarTheory.com: an annotated aid to
research and instruction in theoretical and empirical studies of war and
peace. It is owned and maintained by Mark Rigstad. A lively and informative

sources updated daily - plenty of interest, although requires browsing. Equality Exchange hosts a large number
of papers on egalitarian theory. INTERNATIONAL
AFFAIRS Carnegie Council on
Ethics and International Affairs: Òthe worldÕs resource for ethics and
international policyÓ. Columbia
International Affairs Online (CIAO): an important
resource, but requires subscription for most services. Human Rights Watch: documentation of
human rights issues worldwide. Human Development
Reports commissioned by UNDP. The site also features numerous
background papers. The International Development Research Centre of Canada has online
books and reports. Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change includes reports. UN
Millennium Development Goals WTO, World Bank,
IMF OPEN ACCESS JOURNALS Philosophy
and Public Policy Quarterly includes articles on human rights,
development ethics and international justice; also war and terrorism. Boston
Review features serious debate in its New Democracy Forum, including
on IPT issues Journal of
Ethics & Social Philosophy is not exactly an IPT site, but
